• Information Collected: This service collects email addresses for the purposes of user authentication and communication.
• Purpose of Use: Collected email addresses will be used solely for identity verification during login, important announcements regarding the event, and responding to inquiries. We will not provide this information to third parties except as required by law.
• Management: The event secretariat will manage all collected personal information appropriately to prevent leakage or loss.

[Notes on Photo Submissions]

• If your entry includes individuals other than the person who took the photo/entered the contest, please obtain their permission before submitting.
• Submitted photos may be used on the Mikuni Chochin Project’s social media accounts or official website with the participant's consent.
• Please note that entries may be invalidated if they are determined to fall under (or are likely to fall under) any of the following:
  • Content that infringes on the copyrights, portrait rights, or other rights of a third party.
  • Content that slanders individuals, companies, or organizations, or infringes on privacy.
  • Content that is offensive to public order and morals or violates laws and regulations.
  • Photos taken in restricted or "no photography" areas.
  • Content that violates Instagram's Terms of Use.
  • Any other content deemed inappropriate by the organizers.
